Not much is known of this beauty, except that her fighting style is quite unique. Wind Chyme was trained in Korea alongside NinjaBoy. Their Sensei was her father, Wan Kwong. With him she studied Hapkido, Kuk Sool Won, Taekwondo, Tang Soo Do and the Sae Sok O-Gye.

She is a mysterious Asian assassin hired by Herr Freon to take out ToteMan and his band of heroes. Her mysterious tattoos change based on her mood, they are made of an ancient ink from her clan. Her Geisha mask is a little disconcerting, considering her deadly nature.

She and NinjaBoy are unaware of the person beneath the other mask. They had shared a life together, until the day her father's debtors came calling for her unique skills.
