Toteboy is the son of ToteMan. David bought a screwdriver out of the clearance rack for his father. While wrapping the gift he cut himself on the tape dispenser, suddenly growing horns and a tail. His right arm became two and a half times larger and he felt the sudden overwhelming urge to hurt people.

While ToteMan was in the middle of battling The Man, Toteboy shows up in an attempt to cause an uproar. ToteMan quickly became enraged at the fact that someone else was using his insignia, thus starting an ongoing dispute.

Toteboy is currently out searching for other teens who have super powers just like him. He is hoping to eventually form a super team known as Teen Angst.
