NinjaBoy is ToteMan’s best friend and partner in the attempt to clean up Garden City. They met in Korea during NinjaBoy’s martial arts training and ToteMan’s attempt to learn how to use chopsticks.

NinjaBoy trained alongside Wind Chyme. Their Sensei was her father, Wan Kwong. Together they studied Hapkido, Kuk Sool Won, Taekwondo, Tang Soo Do and the Sae Sok O-Gye. NinjaBoy learned these skills simply for his love of knowledge and his infatuation with Asian women.

Wan Kwong taught NinjaBoy how to harness his Chi energy into being his sixth sense. It automatically protects him, and now NinjaBoy controls his shield with this aura.

NinjaBoy and Wind Chyme are unaware of the person beneath eachother's mask. They shared a life together, until the day her father's debtors came calling for her unique skills

ToteMan and NinjaBoy’s friendship has been built upon their many trials and triumphs together. It is safe to say that NinjaBoy would take a bullet for his best friend ToteMan, if the bullet could hit him through his Chi aura.
